Summary: More than Halfway through our 2023 season, SJHT Anglers still come out to do battle even on somewhat distant bodies of waters. What can I Say? Carnegie Lake has alot of various species within it depths. Anglers were catching Bass within the first 10 minutes of the start. I had 2 within the first hour but it took me a while to get my 3rd keeper. Anglers reported catching multiple 11.5'~11.75" size Bass. There were alot of Giants loss at or near the boat today.
Out of 11 Anglers, there were only 26 Bass caught....giving way to 43.06lbs . The avg. weight was only 1.66lbs. per Bass. Carnegie Lake normally produces multiple 3~4+lber Bass. Today was fun but a little frustrating trying to sift through the smaller Bass./b]
[b]Overall.... 8 anglers caught there 3 Bass Limit. 10 out of 11 caught at least 1 Bass.
Congrats to Mike Del Monico, Jackson Fu, Dennis Tolentino, and Mike Pilles on your perforrmances.
