Guys and gals,
As we near the end of the 2014 season, I'm in the process of finalizing the last big SJHT Club member only event for fishing Lums Pond located down in Delaware.
The date(s) I would like to propose is Sat. Oct. 25, 2014 7am-2pm or Sun. Nov. 2, 2014 7am-2pm.
I'm leaning towards the first choice but until I check with the Delaware State park lake coordinator, I wanted all to know and place a save the date for the Sat. Oct. 25th date.
(Note: I made sure this did not conflict with any of the RBC schedules\trails)

Myself and BN talked about this a while back, and I suggested that first we need to know who is definitely interested in fishing this event. Then once we have that established, we have the first place member pick out of a hat, bowl or cardboard box whatever, and that would be the first pairing, then the second place person would pick, and so forth. If say the second place person picks the first place persons name then they would just pick again. The kicker is we would have to have an even number of people. The tag team must have 2 people per boat.

Doing a Sunday Delaware TX will be tough for me, I always prefer a Saturday TX.

Jackson, with a month or so in advance can arrangements be made for a Sat?
BN, any other Sat dates that would allow Dan to make it? If we absolutely have to be a Sunday Im not gonna not fish, but with the bassbowl 2 weeks earlier on a Sunday in MD I really prefer a Saturday TX. |

It has got to be Sat. Oct. 25th 2014 as ive checked and rechecked various club schedules, Trails, and Open Buddy Tournaments heading into November.
I understand peoples schedules and other commitments but this is more than a month out. I know everyone may not be able to make it.
This is all apart of trying to schedule in advance with optimal participation.
Btw..ive been in contact with the Lums pond Poc. And that Sat. Oct 25th is available. I have to wait to hear if a permit will be issued, which I see as no problem....On Monday I should have better info. And also be paying the $25 fee.
I wish we could do this earlier but unfortunately these are our options especially with 2015 Lake selection discussions/internal meetings coming near.
