May 20, 2023 Tme: 6:00am-2:00pm Weather: N/A Water Temps: N/A Water Clarity: N/A Wind: N/A Best Lure: Not Sure Depths fished: N/A Limit: 3 Bass ---------------------------------------------- Welcome to our SJHT 6th event of the 2023 Season where SJHT anglers traveled down to Duffy's Marina to fish the Sassafra River, Let's get to it. On Saturday, 5 of SJHT came out to battle on the Sass to catch decent size Upper Chesapeake MD Bass. This place typically produces nice size Bass along with decent Misc. species. From the anglers that caught Bass, there were some decent Bass caught. *Without further adieu, please give a big congrats to [b] Mike I fish them all* Del Monico lon winning 1st place and Misc. by weighing in a Bag of 3 Bass going 7.77lbs. [b] 2nd Place and Lunker was won by Jiggen Den with 2 bass going 4.54bs. Jiggens Dens Lunker went 2.75lbs. 3rd Place was won by SJHT Rookie member Eric Carrocci with 1 Bass going 2.20lbs. Misc. was won by Mike Del Monico with a Catfish going 3.55lbs SASSAFRAS RIVER TALE OF TAPE: Mike Del Monico's 3 Bass Limit: No pics Jiggen Den 2 Keepers: No Pics Eric's C. solo keeper: No Pics's Summary: Coming later. Overall.... 1 Angler caught there 3 Bass Limit. 3 out of 5 Anglers caught at least 1 bass. Congrats to Mike Del Monico, Jiggen Den, and Eric C. on your performances.
