Admin Posts: 845 Joined: 08.11.09	Man the canal sounds fun. That may end up my landing spot. Have never just fun fished it other than the time we canceled our TX a couple years back. Veteran Member Posts: 697 Joined: 09.11.09	Only managed 2 keepers and one short. Fished from 9:00-3:00. The main part of the canal where the new ramp is was a bit on the muddy side, I guess from the rain we had. Did finally find some clearer water all the way the back at the "Y" and put together a pattern that was kinda later in the day. A couple others said they were having a tournament there, I guess it was a paper tourn???? Maybe we can have one in the off season next year, but would recommend having 2 guys per boat. Jiggin Den

Jiggin Den i think a paper tx is i great idea for next year. i agree we should have 2 people per boat also. not because i dont trust the people in our club, but to make it easier to weight, measure, and take pics of the fish
