Thanks for your support. I found fish on the same places as the fed tx but unfortunately most were caught in the back of my boat. They have a 15" limit right now which limited me to only three keepers. My co-angler while he did catch a few shorts, caught 12 keepers. He was culling 2.9'-3.6' fish next to me for the last 3 hrs of the tx. Co-anglers have a 3 fish limit so it was painful to see all those missed opportunities thrown back while my 5 fish limit was incomplete. He got 4th place, so I guess even though I got 81st place it was nice to see my spots still had fish on them.

It was a good day of fishing except that I broke off my favorite lure in some big fishes mouth. Still beats a day at work.fishing4

Atleast your pattern held up like you planned, only that the fish were one step back! LOL Nice fishing anyway!!! Were you and your partner throwing different lures??

Damn Jimbo, your gotta keep all your moving parts away from any finger cutting machines!!!! Sorry to hear that! will it put a damper on your fishing??? Probably not we fisherman figure some way to hold that rod and make a cast/pitch or flip into something!!!LOL Get well real fast Jimbo!!

Wow... Bama! Sometimes it's like that. The rider gets on them while the boater plays Driving Miss Daisy!!! LOL!!

Just kidding. Anyway, like you said, it still beats a day at the office!!!!

Way to hang tough and just chalk this up as another lesson\experienced learned.
