Upcoming Mercer Lake Tournament Sat. 6-17-17

Good morning Folks,
I hope all have been well and looking forward to the Re-Opening of the NJ Bass Fishing Closed Season starting today.

This weeks tournament will be at Mercer Lake and beginning at 5:30AM till 1:00PM.

This body of water has pretty much always produced. I recall Gary and Troop doing well a year or two ago.

Unfortunately, I will not be there but you guys are in good hands with Rob and Joe Reed taking the reigns. The weather is forecasted to be in the low 80's with cloudy skies with a chance of a Thunderstorm but it could either be hit or miss.

Remember, to stay inform on possibly weather changes and seek shelter in case of overhead Thunder\Lightening. If the latter is the case, then the TD along with input by the VP should make the call to either shortened or extend the end time limit .

So basically....just use common sense and sound judgement when one sees changes in conditions.

Note: If desired, a Miscellaneous Pot can be setup for those wanting to enter. Just some food for thought.

That's all I have for now...... Happy Father's day to all and see you back at Cooper River the following Sunday.

My son is finally done boy scouts and baseball. I am looking forward to hitting the water. I am down for misc pot also.
