A little cloudy with blue-bird skies Clearing things up to a comfy 83 Degrees. Overall a very pleasant days with occassional breeze. Water Temps: 79.5 degrees rising to 81.5 Water Clarity: 1.5'~2.0' Wind Gust: 5-10 MPHs Best Lure: N/A Depths fished: 2.5'~8.5'' Limit: 3 Bass ---------------------------------------------- Welcome to installment round #12 of the SJHT 2021 season where 11 members came out to battle at D.O.D Lake. All I can say is "Very Tough Bite" for most! With that being said and not to sugar coat anything...... Here we go! Please give a big congrats to overall 1st place winner *Jackson The Assassin* Fu on his winning bag, Lunker Pot, and Misc. Winning pot weighing in 3 Bass going 8.02lbs . Fu's Lunker went an impressive 4.34lbs. 2nd Place won by Brian SubFish McCulley with 3 Bass going 7.18lbs. 3rd Place was won by Bill The Hammer Leach with 3 Bass going 5.45bs. Misc. was won by Jackson with a decent CatFish going 4.76lbs. D.O.D LAKE, TALE OF TAPE: Jackson's 1st Place, Lunker, and Misc Winner: Brian's 2nd Place bag: Bill L. 3rd Place winner: Other Anglers Bass: Rob's Bag: Jiggen's Den Snakehead: Summary: D.O.D LAKE was very stubborn today. For most, the bites died off after 8:30am or getting a sub 12'er off the end of your line.....seem very tough. The water levels seem up a little bit and the grass field did hold some Bass but getting through the cookie cutter size was very frustrating. In All, all 9 out of 11 SJHT Anglers caught at least 1 Bass. There were 16 Bass caught overall. The D.O.D LAKE Bass gave way to total of 29.02lbs caught overall. D.O.D Lake avg. weight was 1.81lbs. Only 3 Anglers caught there 3 Bass Limit. Congrats to Jackson, Brian, and Bill L. on your performances. Next up is CARNEGIE LAKE next week.** Tightlines, BN06 BN06, President
