The lovers, the dreamers, and Me... Rainbow lake 8-30

weather conditions: 90+ degrees blue-bird sky
presentation used: dropshot, brush-hog, and Buzz-jet
water clarity: clear to 2.5 feet
water temperature: 84.5 main lake to 79 in the creek
time fished: 2pm til 7:30pm


Well hear it goes. I caught one 12" keeper, a dozen dinks, and 4 monster bream! mostly DSing from 2 til around 7... Then went to plan B, Buzz-jet at dusk!!! It didn't take long either! Maybe my 10th cast and BANG 10 feet from the boat the water explodes! I finally bust my Buzz-jet cherry! Ten minutes later I get my line tangled in the drag of my curado and the night is over. 2angry But I can't stop smiling... :D

Not the biggest fish, but 2+ lbs on topwater clap

Yeah...nice looking fish Jimbo!!! The Buzzjet actually produces eh?

I'm still waiting to catch any type of fish on them...
