Ding....Ding....Ding.....
Let's get ready to Rumble!!!!!!!!!
Team, we're almost less than 2 weeks away from our 2017 Season opener to be held down on Union Lake. Most should have already got there 2017 NJ Fishing License, Boat\Trailer registrations updated, perform a test run with vessels under load (i.e. Trolling motor batteries, livewell functions, Sonar electronics, fuses, safety devices, and anything that would generally fall under this category)
As the weather gradually changes and gets warmer, lets all remember to dress in layers because it is still March.
This year I'm going to rely heavily on the club officers and members to pitch in where needed.
Note: For those yet to settle up, please do so immediately. I have extra 2017 Information packets from our 1st meeting to those that do not have a copy. If your Emergency POC, email address, or cell# has changed please get with me so I can update our Master listing.
More info. to come as we get into the season.

Playing it by ear right now. Got a call into Jason Herron superintendent of South Jersey Fisheries Bureau and will check priority level of clearing Union Lake parking lot and boat ramp area.

Looks like they changed the forecast to only 1-3 inches at Union...we should be good as long as it doesn't freeze. |

I live in Franklin. We didn't get much, at all. In fact most is gone. I was watching the map and I think they got mostly sleet and rain. The cold is going to freeze everything though. |

Some one bring a big party tent and we'll tie all the boats together to stay dry. We can have a coffee boat also.....I hate cold rain! |

With the winds we've been having, it shouldn't be iced over.
