Do we need to bring anything?

Just all the baits you've been slaying them on... LOL Wink

But seriously if anyone has any resorces on the Northeast R. or Flatts please feel free to bring them, BTW everyone is invited !!! Even if your not fishing, please feel free to stop by, and throw your 2 cents in...

Guys the apps that Jimbo had for the Potomac River Fisheries Commission are the right ones. I looked at my old letters from fishing the flats and this is what this covers. It reads as follows: The Potomac River Sports Fishing License is valid in the tidal Potomac, South of the Woodrrow Wilson bridge in D.C., and is also valid in all Maryland tidal waters and all Virginia salt waters. Additionally, it is valid in the tidal freshwater Virginia tributaries of the Potomac between the Harry W. Nice(USrte 301) Bridge and the Woodrow Wilson(I-95) bridge. The Potomac River Sport DFishing License is NOT valid in other Virginia fresh waters or Maryland non-tidal waters or in the District of Colombia. Feel free to contact them at 1-804-224-7148 or toll free 1 800 226- 3904. Can also check them out on the website www.prfc.state.va.us

This is what I found, seems the Potomac license covers the same area that we are fishing as MD license, but is cheaper. Also need saltwater registry still.

from the site you saved me Jackson, I beleave all you need is the PRFC lic. to fish the tidal ches... no salt water reg. needed! So if your getting the PRFC lic. you better get on it, cause it's threw the mail only!

Guys...come on! I wouldn't steer you wrong and post some incorrect information. Pfft The PRFC license is ALL you need. A couple of years back me, Moe, Al, Jiggen Den, Jay, and I believe Bill fished the NorthEast River and we use these license with no problem. It's way more inexpensive and once you go through the mail process, they automatically send you new forms every year.

Hope the meeting was productive last night. I have $$$ envelopes for the lead Boaters partaking in this event.
