Carasaljo? Manasquan?

Squan would require another say $45 permit and that's if no other events are scheduled...

Never been to Carasljo.... Maybe in the future. What's the parking and ramp like? How many boats can it hold. How big is this body of water...

Is Mercer the final decision? Did not see any ya or nay on this?? It's only posted on the countdown reader to the right of page. Unless BN made the final decision. Also, never been there, any info would be appreciated. Didn't see it on our map/direction Forum? Thanks

The ramp is correct, Its a little tough to get to cause you have to navigate through the park a bit. Also my gps always takes me down a dead end road a block before the real entrance. You want to enter the park from the big main entrance.

Forget where the ramp is... what we really want to know is where are the fish at? pray

Im following Rob, the guys on fire.

jiggin den
That will work out great, cause I am following you!
Ok lets get serious, what does this lake have to offer in terms of average depth, pads, laydowns weedbeds?? How about water color?

Jiggin Den

jackson
I havent been there since spring and Ive only been there 3 times, but i think it was lightly stained water. There are a bunch of ledges that drop to 15 plus ft in the middle of the lake. Some deep and shallow banks with minimum visible cover. Dont recall grass or pads. Last time I was there it was very flooded. You could fish park benches. FYI they where not under the benches lol.

Thanks Jackson for the input. Always get excited fishing new water!

Yeah.. Me too. Funny story.... As I'm prepping my rods and reels for the AM Mercer Lake tournament, I'm like what I land a muskie? LOL!!!! I heard they were in there.

Jiggen Den... I too will be following Jackson. I may even have to fire up the outboard to keep up with him with his 101lb thrust TM.... LOL!!!

See everyone in the AM and Good Luck.
