Weather: Initial cloudy and overcast with sun finally burning through. 51 Degree early morning temps warming up to 64 Degrees.
Water Temps: Varying 51 Degrees at the start and rising slightly to 54.1 Degrees by the end of the event.
Water Clarity: clear down to 2.5'.
Wind Gust: 5-10 MPH!!

Good day folks. On a day that was suppose be a turning point of the early SJHT season, 13 Anglers came out and fished long and hard to catch a simple Bass. Presented with overcast and a little fog in AM, it eventually burned away by around 10amish.
Without further adieu, please give a big shout out to Rob *Robo Cop* M. with taking 1st place with 3 Bass going 5.40lbs. 2nd Place was won by Brian *Gotta Go* M. with 3 Bass going 4.70lbs. 3rd Place was taken home by Rookie member Brandon K. with 2 Bass going 3.88lbs. Lunker and Miscelleneous was also won by newcomer Mike Del M. with a Smallie going 2.46lbsMike's Pickeral took Miscellenous going 2.95lbs. Congrats Men on figuring them out!

So in Summary: 5 out of 13 Anglers caught at least 1 Bass.10 Bass were caught in total giving way to a total of 18.87lbs. That gave way to a 1.89lb per Bass avg. 8 Largemouth Bass and 2 Smallies were caught. All in All, the weather cooperated however the Bass once again were not relegated to any particular pattern. Water temps got warmer a little in the Northern and Mid sections of the Lake. Fish were marked in the deeper portions of the water like 10', however anglers reported catching them also shallow. Go figure.
Way to battle towards the end and coming out to this event.
Next up is Sunset Lake. Haven't been there since they fix the dam....so we'll see how that goes.
