Upcoming SJHT Union Lake Open Buddy Tournament 06-30-12

Guys and Gals,
Good morning. Hopefully all has taken the NJ Closed Bass season period season and recharged there batteries for the Mid to Late season run!!! clap

As we restart the season at Cooper River Park on Sat. June 16, 2012, I will be bringing a Box of Jo and Dunkin Doughnuts for all to have and maybe take a couple on the boat with ya. I will be at the start of the event but due a family commitment Mid-morning, I will not be able to stay too long after the launch. Jimbo will have weigh scales and change purse. Jay and his dad John will be conducting the weigh-in......while Jiggen Den will be making sure things go smoothly and that any on\off the water issues are addressed promptly.

I'm expecting another awesome turnout for our re-opening so start getting your gear ready, go out and pre-fish if time permits, and lets get on some fish.

Note: I'm also looking for some volunteers to help out with this year's 9th annual SJHT Open Union Lake Buddy Tournament scheduled on Sat. June 30, 2012 6am-2pm. I would basically need 2-3 people in the AM (approx. arriving by 4:30am) and 3-4 members in the PM (approx. arriving back by 1:15pm till the end of the event). Like in years past, In honor of the upcoming 4th of July Holiday, food and beverage will be onhand. In addition, the Union Lake Open Buddy Tag Team Belts will be up for grabs. For those volunteering for either the morning or afternoon period, a member will recieve a Courtesy 1 Participation point towards your Total Points and this will count towards your elegibility for the end of the season Bass Classic mininum 6 Tournament attendance.

So basically, if you know in advance you may be 1 tournament short in qualifying for our Club Bass Classic, this would be a perfect opportunity to volunteer your time and service in gainig an additional tournament underneath your belt....regardless if your'e fishng or not

Look at your schedules, think about it, and please get back to me directly or via the site here.

That's about it for now. Outside of some local events coming up, I should be grounded from flying for the next month or so.

Tightlines and thanks in advance

Thanks Jackson....clap

Alright guys\gals.....need some other volunteers. If you have help out in the morning and after the boat launch need to leave or do other errands, that's quite alright too. No need to stay with me for the entire mornig unless you want to.

Same things goes for the afternoon volunteers. They could be the same ones that volunteered in the AM.

Bump

Guys and Gals..... SJHT is officially in the press!

http://blogs.cour...e-6-30-12/

Note: A huge Thanks goes to Adam *FishGod* M. for helping with this effort. Without friends and the Bassnj.com family, it would make my job that much more difficult and hitting all of the possible markets\local bodies of water even tougher.

clap
