Super Admin Posts: 2177 Joined: 09.11.09	Place: Union Lake, Millville, NJ Time: 5:30am-12:30pm Date: Sunday, June 23, 2013 Weather: Morning started off very nice. Warm and blue bird skies after the Biggest Moon recorded lit up the early morning drive in. Air Temps range around 73 degrees warming to a hot 85 Degrees by early afternoon. Water Temps: 73.5 degrees up out in front of the ramp and 75.4 Degrees on the opposite side of the lake directly across fromthe ramp. Much warmer by the dam Water Clarity: Slight Stained but fairly clear and consistent throughout. Visability down to 2.0' Wind Gust: Quite calm in the early AM but then it picked up in the latter part of the PM as the tournament was drawing to a close. 5-20mph earler on. Best Lure: N/As; Depths fished: 2.5'~4.5' Bass Limit: 3 ----------------------------------------------------- Once again SJHT re-opens the 2013 NJ closed bass season with another great turnout. Although the fish didn't cooperate for most of us, it was still fun to be back on the water. Always good seeing some old and familiar faces even after a little bit of a hiatus. Being a little short on time, I'll get right to the point. Today, SJHT had 13 members come out to play. There were a total of 15 bass caught weighing a total of 20.60lbs . 2 members caught there limit of 3 Bass. 9 out of 13 anglers caught at least 1 bass. Lunker Fish was noted and won by that Silent Assisan Jackson F. with a weight of 2.95lbs. There were 4 Smallies caught with Big Al C. catching a nice 1.72lber Let's give a big congrats to *Bill The Hammer* L. . for taking 1st place with 3 Bass going 3.80lbs 2nd Place was won by Rookie newcomer Brian Subfish M. with 2 Bass going 3.11lbs. 3rd Place and Lunker was won by Jackson Silent Assasin F. with 1 Bass weighing 2.95lbs. Way to figure them out and survive the NJ Fish and Game warden survying and inspecting your vessels. Anglers reported suddle pick-ups and many pickeral biting. Some anglers lost some good ones near the boat, while others like myself continued to donate. LOL!!! All in a day on the water.
