With 5 reg season tour. left, The Big U had most of us scratching our heads. The morning started our with a light breeze and some clouds breaking up, only to have some scattered downpours hit us later in the day.

A big congrats to Brian "Sub Fish" for taking 1st Place

followed by Joe Reed in 2nd Place and only member with a limit of 3 bass 1 smallmouth and 2 largemouth going 5.01 lbs.

Our 3rd place winner and lunker winner went to yours truly Jiggen Den with one for 2.89 lbs.

Another winner in my mind is Janeen with one keeper, her second of the year! We are gonna have to watch out for her next year!! Congrats!! and Congrats to all who weighted in fish.

I was but still tuned into how you guys had made out. Do me a favor and take more pics\Tale of the Tape for the DOD Tournament as I will be on the Road traveling. Hope to be back for the Salem Canal Tournament.

Jay and John should be makig the DoD tournament.

BTW...Scooter should be updating the Sorted 2014 Standings by Wed. evening but I've posted at a glance the updated standings above.

Thats awesome Brian. Ive been there once when they where breaking the surface everywhere, but couldnt get them to bite anything. Talked the ranger at the end and he said they where eating bugs off the surface lol.

Would love to see that Jackson. Was totally calm water with nothing happening on the surface when BAM. Bugs huh? Maybe I'll bring a Fly Rod next time. Always amazes that large creatures will eat such small stuff when it is the most abundant.
