-----------------------------------------------------
All I will say is that the NJ Closed Bass season cannot get here quick enough!!!
Momma Nasty always said, "If you see a Hot Air Balloon hovering in the Sky and there are no bait fish on the Fish Finder"..... Then you're basically Screwed!!!

Although it was quite the surprise, anglers continued to fish hard for that elusive 15" Legal Bass at this body of water. Not only were anglers looking a bit bewildered, they were looking at me..... like I had something to do with the lack of a bite.....or as If I removed the bass from this Place. The nerve of them.... LOL!!!
Continuing on to Round 4 of our early season,
20 of SJHT finest anglers came back out to redeem themselves from last weeks brief flurry of decent Bass caught at Union Lake. The Bass must have Known the Silent Assasin Fu-Man had turned down another Open Buddy Tournament and went back into Hibernation.
After some brief on the water TM steering cable adjustments and Trailer bunks tigtening, I lost about 45 minutes of fishing, but it was quite amazing seeing the Parvin Lake parking area completely filled with vehicles and pedestrian traffic with folks out enjoying the weather and warmer weather.
Without further adieu, please give a big congrats to SJHT angler Layne *Basser995* E. . for taking 1st place and Lunker with 1 Bass going 2.84lbs. Not to be denied and just about recovered from his Assunpink Open Buddy $$$ forfeiture2nd Place was won by the Stick-Up Man, give me the loot....give me the loot.... I'm a Bad Man Action Jackson with 1 Bass going 2.80lbs. The Fu-Man was .04oz off from taking 1st place for the 3rd time this season. 3rd Place was won by Dennis "Jiggen Den* T. with 1 Bass going 2.71lbs. My hat is truly off for you guys.....especially when word on the street was that "Big Bass Fishing Club of Mapleshade" was there the day before where only 1 Bass was caught for around 1.50lbs and that took all money places. LOL!!!!

PARVIN LAKE Tale of Tape:

Other Notable catches:
Brian *B-Hopper* S. 2.24lber:

Rob *Ram1212* 2.03lber:

There were NO Limits brought to the scales.. 6 out of 20 anglers weighed at least 1 Bass. There were a total of 6 Bass weighed in totalling a whopping 14.34 lbs. This gave way to an avg. weight of 2.39lbs.
No Bonus Video This Week.....as this is becoming Not Funny Bro. Ham!
So in summary, Somebody other than the Fu-man took 1st Place. Southern Jersey Lakes suck Big Goose Eggs. Bring on the Closed Season as this is almost reminiscent of our 2014 SJHT Early season start. Is 2015 any different? I beg to differ!!
Don't know what more to say..... PARVIN Lake humbled us even more even though the conditions seemed perfect! Water temps are getting there, but I saw no bait fish in the shallows nor on the fish finder. The green slime that Parvin is known for was prevalent however it seemed minimal as compared to later in the year. You know it's bad when anglers are conversating about the New Bass Pro Shops coming to Atlantic City vs. actually fishing on the water. That shows you where our attention was directed. LOL!!!
Next up is LUMS POND, down in Delaware. Good luck to those in hunt of those Big Girls.
Tightlines,

Congrats Layne on your win. When I heard you yell and turned around, I said damn, I was just over there, but I guess they didn't want the fast falling jig. And Jackson way to hang tough, always keeping the pressure on! LOL
Congrats to all the fish catchers on a tough day of fishing.

Congrats layne, job well done. I see you did well for the kayak club t also.
Special thanks to Rob, Den, and BN for helping everyone launch and load. I felt bad for your wet shoes rob. You can always do the rbc launch method next time...let all the boats float away and take all the guys on the last boat to retrieve them lol |

You're welecome Fu! Definitely not a problem as we needed to get things moving a bit faster. Besides the pedestrians walking path, I didn't want anglers concerend about the parking situation.
